  • Returns made after 14 days may incur a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns after 30 days may be refused. Full policy: Please see our Contact Us page
  • In-stock orders placed before midday are usually dispatched on a next working day service(subject to courier delays). Deliveries to some remote UK locations may take 2–7 working days, and large items are shipped via pallet service. Full details can be found on our Contact Us page
  • Regretfully, at present, we do not have the ability to ship outside of the UK. We are currently working on this, but at present, we do not have the facilities to do this.
  • No, cylinders must only be installed in their intended orientation (horizontal or vertical), as incorrect installation can damage the heating element and cause failure. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered under warranty. The exception is the Bellislimo Range, which can be installed in either orientation when following the user manual instructions.
  • A 3.5 Bar Pressure Relief Valve is required for all cylinders and must usually be purchased and fitted separately during installation. The only exceptions are the Bilight Vertical 50L, 80L, 100L, and 120L models, which include a pre-fitted 3.5 Bar Pressure Relief Valve.
  • All cylinders require a suitably sized Safety Expansion Vessel as part of the installation. An 8L vessel is suitable for most models, except the AquaThermica 200L and 260L, which require a larger capacity vessel. Mounting brackets and fixings are sold separately.
  • We do not currently offer installation services. Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified and certified local engineer to ensure compliance with regulations and manufacturer requirements.
  • These appliances should be hardwired by a qualified electrician using an appropriate fused spur or dedicated circuit breaker, in line with G3 Regulations and manufacturer instructions. Installation must comply with all relevant electrical and building regulations. Incorrect installation may lead to safety issues, product damage, or void the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Wall fixings and mounting hardware are not included, as the correct fixings depend on the wall type, installation location, and cylinder size. A qualified installer should select suitable fixings to safely support the cylinder when full of water and ensure compliance with installation requirements.
