The delivery is a ‘curb side’ delivery and the driver is not able to bring the goods into your property for insurance reasons. Drivers will try their best to assist you as much as possible and most will help you move the stove to a safe place i.e on the door step or in the garage. The driver should arrive with a tail lift and pallet truck to move heavy stove items.
Steps and gravel drive ways can cause issues for the courier because of the item weight and equipment used. If inaccessible with their equipment, they may refuse to drop the goods or drop the goods at the curb side.
